The Back Page

Ladbrooks is confronted with the pressing challenge of identifying a sponsorship campaign that not only captures the attention of their target audience but also fosters a strong connection, compelling them to return week after week. The task involves finding the right balance between relevance, appeal, and longevity, ensuring that the campaign resonates deeply with the audience's interests and motivations, thereby driving consistent engagement and loyalty over time.

By collaborating with both editorial experts and Ladbrokes, we successfully crafted a solution to address the challenge of accessing crucial betting news buried in the back pages. Our initiative resulted in the development of a podcast designed to deliver this vital information directly to our audience. Recognizing the need to establish a brand that highlights the authenticity of our sources, we embarked on creating a distinctive identity for the podcast. Leveraging the iconic triangle fold found in newspapers, we devised a comprehensive design system that seamlessly integrates across all our visual assets. This approach not only reinforces the credibility of our content but also enhances the overall user experience, ensuring easy recognition and engagement with our audience.
